Though we mourn his absence, we celebrate a life well-lived, filled with love, laughter, and meaningful connections.

Life & Career

Born on August 8, 1951, in Denver, Colorado, Randy James Pearson was raised with strong Midwestern values that shaped his character throughout his life. The son of hardworking parents, he learned early the importance of integrity, perseverance, and caring for others. After graduating from East High School, Randy attended Arizona State University, where he earned a degree in Business Administration.

Randy enjoyed a successful 38-year career as a sales manager and later regional director at Southwest Supply Company. Colleagues admired his honesty, sharp wit, and ability to build genuine relationships. He was known for mentoring younger team members and always going the extra mile to support his clients and coworkers. Even after retiring in 2016, Randy remained active in the business community as a consultant and enthusiastic volunteer.

A passionate outdoorsman, Randy loved golfing, fishing at Lake Pleasant, and weekend camping trips with family. He was an active member of Community Church of the Valley, where he served as a deacon and led the men’s ministry group for many years. Randy also volunteered regularly with Habitat for Humanity and local youth sports programs, coaching little league baseball and teaching life lessons alongside the fundamentals of the game.

His warm personality and sense of humor made him a beloved figure at neighborhood gatherings, church events, and family reunions. Randy had a special talent for telling stories that brought people together and lightened even the heaviest moments.
