Born on November 25, 1951, at Wills Memorial Hospital in Washington, Georgia, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Joseph Hall and Iris Windsor Hall.
She will be remembered as a devoted pharmacist, loving sister, and faithful member of her church community whose life reflected care, dedication, and quiet service to others.
