It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Nikki Venn (née Lloyd-Roberts) of Newlands, Cape Town, South Africa. Nikki left this world on Friday, leaving her family, friends, and community heartbroken.
Nikki was a warm, vibrant, and caring woman whose bright personality and kind heart touched everyone around her. She had a beautiful way of making people feel comfortable, valued, and supported. Her laughter could light up a room, and her positive energy left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
A devoted mother, Nikki shared a special bond with her son, Jamie. She was his biggest source of love, strength, and encouragement. She will be deeply missed by him and the rest of her loving family.
Nikki also had a special place in her “therapy family,” where she was much more than a colleague — she was truly like family. Her coworkers and friends in the therapy community remember her empathy, support, and the genuine care she brought to her work and relationships every day.
Those who knew Nikki speak fondly of her generosity, compassion, and the way she always showed up for others. Her sudden loss has created a big void, but the beautiful memories she left behind will continue to bring comfort.
