Tammy Eunice Picciolo, age 65, of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 15, 2026, at Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice in Sheboygan Falls, surrounded by love.

She will be remembered as a strong, outspoken, funny, and deeply loving woman whose presence left a lasting impact on her family, friends, and everyone who knew her.

Early Life

Tammy was born on July 6, 1960, at St. Michael Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Frank and Jeannie (Taylor) Picciolo.

She began life small but strong, weighing just 5 pounds, 1 ounce, and measuring 16 inches long. From the very beginning, she carried a fighter’s spirit.

She later graduated from John Marshall High School.

Personality and Character

Tammy was known for her bold personality, humor, and honesty.

She was:

strong-willed
funny and sassy
unapologetically outspoken

She never hesitated to speak her mind, and those who knew her understood that her honesty always came from a place of love.

Career and Work Life

Tammy worked for many years as a waitress, most notably at Terry’s Diner in Sheboygan.

She was loved by customers and coworkers for her quick wit, welcoming nature, and ability to make people feel at home.

She also dedicated much of her life to caring for elderly individuals and people with disabilities, showing patience, compassion, and a deeply generous heart.

Nearly 18 years ago, she was diagnosed with lung and brain cancer, which she fought and overcame.

Even after that, she continued facing additional health struggles with determination, resilience, and faith.

Those who knew her often described her as a miracle because of her strength and will to keep fighting.

Tammy is survived by her children:
Brittany (Carlos) Williams, Bernardino Jr. Castillo (Monique), Daniel Castillo, Zachary Castillo, Tina Castillo, Gina Castillo, and Gabriel Picciolo.

She was a proud grandmother to:
Demiah Picciolo, Carlisia Williams, Kaprese Williams, Aurelia Castillo, Bernardino III Castillo, Wilhelmina Castillo, Draygon Castillo, Zaria Castillo, Frankie Bell, Miles Picciolo, and Charlize Kuznacic.

She is also survived by her stepmother and lifelong friend Shiela Neuzerling, former spouse Bernardino Sr. Castillo, nieces, nephews, goddaughter Liz Pena, extended family, and many close friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Kathleen Stadler, Jeanne Picciolo, Jodi Picciolo, Michael Picciolo, and Angelo Picciolo.

Legacy

Tammy will be remembered most for her strength, humor, and fierce love for her family.

She lived life on her own terms—strong, honest, and full of heart.

Her legacy continues through her children, grandchildren, and the countless people whose lives she touched with her personality and care.
