Ramona graduated from Aynor High School in 1989, where she first developed her passion for sports and teamwork.

Career in Education and Coaching
Ramona dedicated 30 years of her life to Horry County Schools, where she served as both a teacher and coach.
She coached basketball, softball, and soccer, and became known for her leadership, discipline, and encouragement of student-athletes.
Her impact went beyond sports—she was a mentor who helped shape confidence, character, and life skills in her students.
Her achievements and dedication were recognized when she was inducted into the Aynor High School Hall of Fame for softball.

Funeral and Service Information
A graveside service will be held at 4:00 PM on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Cool Springs Southern Methodist Church Cemetery, with Rev. Dustin Hawkins, Pastor John Morello, and Rev. Clara Denise Curry officiating.
The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall of Cool Springs Southern Methodist Church.
