John E. Brazeau Obituary (2026)- Coventry, CT
John E. Brazeau, 92, of Coventry, beloved husband of 68 years to the late Maxine (Brown) Brazeau, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, April 30, 2026. He was born on March 2, 1934, in Marlborough, MA, son to Joseph N. and Laura M. (Daniels) Brazeau.
John loved his family most of all! He was a caring and very active member of St. Mary’s Church in Coventry, where he was also involved with the Knights of Columbus. He loved cooking and being outdoors. His greatest gift was making people laugh and smile with his wonderful sense of humor.
John is survived by his son, Donald E. Brazeau and his wife Elnora of South Windsor; his grandchildren, Christina Lillie and her husband Heinz of McCammon, ID, and Jeff Breault and his wife Christina of Taylorsville, UT; his granddaughter, Krystin Nelligan of Chesapeake, VA; his two great-grandsons, Aiden Young and Zachary Breault; his step great-grandchildren, Jaylyn and Nathan Bentley, Chase and Chelsea Dillard; his brother, Victor Brazeau; and his step grandson, Julius Whitehead; and his step great-grandson, Jordan Whitehead. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his two daughters, Carol Ann Brazeau and Linda Mae Nelligan; his step-grandson, Craig Whitehead; as well as 15 other siblings.
