It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Emma Harrison, a beloved student from Upper Dublin Township, Pennsylvania. Emma left this world too soon after a courageous battle with Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (TTP), a rare and devastating blood disorder.
Emma was remembered as a bright, compassionate, and radiant young woman whose warm smile and positive energy touched everyone around her. She had a genuine gift for making others feel valued and uplifted. Her kindness, enthusiasm, and dedication were evident in everything she did, whether in her studies, friendships, or community involvement.
A proud student at Gwynedd Mercy University, Emma was passionate about her education and deeply engaged in campus life. She brought light and enthusiasm to her classes and extracurricular activities, leaving a lasting impression on professors, classmates, and the entire university community. Gwynedd Mercy University mourns the loss of one of its shining stars.
Emma’s loving spirit was most evident in her relationships with family and friends. She was a cherished daughter, sister, granddaughter, and friend who filled her home and social circles with laughter, support, and unconditional love. Her strength during her illness inspired everyone who knew her.
