Linsey Denise Marshall, 43, of Easley, South Carolina, loving wife of Kingston Darren Marshall, passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2026, at her home surrounded by her family.

Born on November 11, 1982, in Greenville, South Carolina, she was the daughter of William “Bill” and Phyllis Ann Kay. Linsey spent her life embodying the true essence of devotion as a loving wife, mother, and daughter. A stay-at-home mom by vocation, she devoted herself wholeheartedly to nurturing and supporting her family, her greatest joy and pride.

Linsey’s spirit was marked by a remarkable strength and resilience. For eight years, she faced the formidable challenge of breast cancer with grace and determination, never allowing her pain to shadow her kindness or diminish her generous nature. She was a fighter in every sense of the word, confronting each day with courage and an unyielding resolve, always putting the needs of others before her own. Her silence on the tough days was not a sign of weakness but a reflection of her fierce desire to protect those she loved from worry.

Her generosity knew no bounds; Linsey was known for her constant willingness to give, be it time, comfort, or support to anyone in need. This boundless compassion touched countless lives, creating a legacy of kindness and empathy. Her devotion extended beyond her family to her cherished faith, which served as a cornerstone of her daily life. A faithful attendee of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church, Linsey found solace and strength within her spiritual community, where her warm presence will be deeply missed.

Linsey’s love for her husband and children was profound and all-encompassing. She centered her life around them, finding joy in the simple moments and nurturing their growth with tender care and steadfast support. More than just a mother and wife, she was a guiding light, a shelter in stormy times, and a steady source of encouragement and grace.

Beyond her family and faith, Linsey cherished moments of leisure and connection with nature. Whether vacationing by the beach, basking in the gentle sea breeze, or enjoying day trips to the lake, she found joy in these precious escapes. These experiences, simple yet profound, reflected her appreciation for life’s beauty amid its challenges.

In addition to her husband of 19 years and parents, Linsey is survived by three children, Cameron David Marshall, Bryleigh Grace Marshall, and Gavin Foster Marshall; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family members.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at Rock Springs Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at Robinson Funeral Home – Powdersville Road.
