Michael Davis, Sr. Obituary
Michael Bradley Davis, Sr., age 49 of Red Oak, Texas passed away on May 6, 2026. He was born and raised in Red Oak, Texas to Glenn Davis and Deborah (Rains) Davis on August 17, 1976. He was the first born child and older brother to Jason Davis and Lindsey Davis-Martinez. To friends and family, he was known as Brad. He grew up playing baseball and soccer; he loved playing sports and was very competitive. Brad graduated from Red Oak High School in 1994. After graduation, he got a job at Rock Tenn. He worked there for many years and met many life long friends there. Brad was also an entrepreneur and worked in network marketing. He met the love of his life in 1996 and married Jennette Furgula Davis on July 4, 2009 in Ferris, Texas. They have two children: Dylan Morgan and Michael Bradley Davis, Jr. and three grandchildren: Alaiya, Ava, and Dylan, Jr. Brad was a free spirit, he loved motorcycles and fast cars. He loved riding his Harley motorcycle and loved that wind therapy and always enjoyed watching the Dallas Stars play. Brad was a Christian and believer in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Brad was baptized with Jennette and their oldest son Dylan in 2008.
He is proceeded in death by his grandparents: Lillian and Sam P. Davis; grandparents: Lena and Milous Rains; his mother Deborah Rains Davis; uncles: Eugene Rains, Ronald Gene Davis, Sam P. Davis, Jr.; and aunt Sally Davis Baridon.
He is survived by his father Glenn Davis of Red Oak, Texas; brother Jason Davis of Irving, Texas; sister Lindsey Davis-Martinez of Lubbock, Texas; son Michael Bradley Davis, Jr.; and by other members of family and friends.
Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 PM Friday, May 15, 2026 at Green Funeral Home -Red Oak, Texas.
Funeral service will be 12:00 PM Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Green Funeral Home -Red Oak, Texas.
Burial to follow at Red Oak Cemetery -Red Oak, Texas.
