Circumstances of Passing

Dani was killed in a multi-vehicle crash near the Fort Duquesne Bridge ramp in Pittsburgh on May 6, 2026. She was extricated from her vehicle using the Jaws of Life and taken to UPMC Mercy, where she later died. A stranger stayed with her at the scene, holding her hand and praying so she would not be alone.
