Margaret L. “Peggy” Hawes, of Shrewsbury, passed peacefully on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, with her family by her side. She was 91 years old. A calling hour will be held on Thursday, May 14th from 10:00-11:30 AM at the BRITTON-SHREWBSURY FUNERAL HOME, 648 Main Street, Shrewsbury, followed by a prayer service at 11:30 AM. Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery, Shrewsbury.
