James Beaudoin Obituary
James Beaudoin, 41, affectionately known to many as “Jimbo” or “Jamie”, passed away at his home on May 7, 2026.
James was a charismatic beacon of joy who brought warmth, laughter, and energy wherever he went. Known as the life of the party, he had a remarkable ability to make everyone around him feel welcome and valued. A man of many talents, James expressed his creativity through painting, metal forging and woodworking. He was deeply involved in the performing arts community, where his magnetic personality and natural talent left a lasting impression on both audiences and fellow performers.
Music was one of James’s greatest passions. As the talented drummer for the band Thermidors, he touched countless lives with his rhythm and soul. James was employed for 13 years with US Traffic Control, where he was respected for his hard work and commitment. Above all, James will be remembered for his generous spirit, creative heart, and the joy he brought to so many. His memory will live on in the music he played, the art he created, and the countless lives he touched.
In addition to his beloved wife, Rachel Kleparek, James was a devoted father to their daughter, Gladys Beaudoin. James is also survived by his parents, Arthur & Kathleen Beaudoin, his siblings, Nicole Beaudoin, Brian (Tara) Beaudoin, Adam Beaudoin, Michelle Beaudoin, Andrew (Max) Beaudoin, and Molly Beaudoin. His in-laws, Robert & Karen Kleparek, and his sister-in-laws, Wendy (Mattie) Fairchock, Jennifer Kleparek, and Alicia Moronski. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Ava, Lily, Emma, Noah, Christopher, Jacob, and Hannah.
Friends and family may call from 4:00-8:00 PM on Sunday, May 10, 2026 at Ross Funeral Home of Akron, LLC. 10 Eckerson Ave. Akron, NY 14001. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 11, 2026 at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Pioneer Cemetery in Akron.
